今天弋果新鮮事要跟大家分享的主題是: 幼稚園。Today we'll be discussing kindergarten and the differences between Taiwanese kindergartens out those in the West. In Taiwan I tend to think it's very structured, very professional and I have to say, it's big business! Kindergarten was first tried out by a German. That's why we have the word ‘kindergarten’ which means ‘child’s garden’. Kinder is just like ‘kinder surprise’ which means ‘child's surprise’. 英文的幼稚園kindergarten是從德國引進的，意思就是小孩子的花園。國外幼稚園相較下比較沒有那麼注重學術上的學習，但是非常著重孩子如何一起玩遊戲，如何跟朋友相處，以及團隊合作(team work)的學習。(For more about this topic, please listen to the show.)
