English Corner 弋果新鮮事

今天弋果新鮮事要討論的主題是: "Putting Your Foot in Your Mouth”,意思就是「不小心說了不該說的話,或是不恰當的話」。For any listeners that don't get that one, ‘putting your foot in your mouth’ means saying something embarrassing or a bit stupid.
However, some of these things do differ from culture to culture so we're going to discuss some of those you might not know to avoid. 主要的內容包括: 把別人的國籍用錯 ( Mistaking where they're from); 在大庭廣眾下討論政治 (Politics ); 宗教 (Religion); 錢 (Money); 戀愛關係 (Relationship details);年紀、體重(Age/weight)

(For more about this topic, please listen to the show.)
