Purpose & Value

To accelerate the brand’s integration into AI-era educational trends, we held the "2025 Annual Strategic Alignment Camp," using the concept of immersive learning to enhance employee experience and strengthen vision alignment. The activities included an "Expo Innovation Inspiration" trip to Japan to experience sustainability and cutting-edge technology, transforming the core values of "AI" and "Sustainability" into educational actions, as well as an "Industry Expansion Research" trip to Vietnam to go deep into the frontlines of emerging markets and understand global strategic deployment. With over 120 executives and colleagues participating and achieving a 100% satisfaction rate, this journey not only strengthened bonds but also combined employee growth with corporate development. It enabled cross-disciplinary perspectives and a sense of participation in decision-making through an international experience, which helped build a competitive and resilient team, capable of moving forward together.

Well-being & Health  

We are committed to creating an open and supportive workplace environment, continuously enhancing employee happiness through diverse communication and immersive experiences. Since introducing the "FarHugs" mental health service platform in 2023, we have provided local and foreign colleagues with three free professional consultations or personalized courses each year, supporting them through work and life challenges in a professional, confidential, and personalized manner. Over the past three years, the cumulative service has reached 916 sessions, and we have invited psychologists from the platform to hold emotional management and workplace stress relief seminars for executives and colleagues across Taiwan, with 265 participants and a 98% satisfaction rate. In the future, we will continue to invest resources to safeguard the physical and mental health of our colleagues and create a warmer and more powerful working environment.

We will continue to provide support through action, learning and co-creating with CommonWealth Learning and our alliance partners to drive concrete changes, ensuring that talent is seen, supported, and capable of continuous growth.
