Many are curious about the person behind American Eagle Institute. When they meet the founder of this renowned institution, some are surprised, while others are disappointed. I possess no secret language-learning tricks, nor am I a linguist with an overseas academic background. They often wonder: how could someone so "ordinary" establish a system perfectly synchronized with North American standards? The answer lies in that very "ordinariness."
To realize a dream born from simplicity, we faced immense challenges during our early years. With no precedents to follow and no external support, only doubt and criticism, our management and teaching teams persevered under pressure, working tirelessly to uphold our educational vision. Years of hard work have finally proven my simple belief: by providing children with an environment synchronized with North American standards, they will really learn to speak English excellently.
Today, American Eagle Institute, with its fully synchronized North American curriculum, native-speaker instruction, and immersive environment, has become the new benchmark for English education and a model for the industry to follow.
Whenever I reflect on the struggles and regrets of my own childhood English learning, I am moved by how those very regrets inspired a dream—a dream that became American Eagle Institute. Today, I find profound fulfillment and a deep sense of responsibility in this mission. Because I am "ordinary," I share the same regrets and dreams as many of you. I am grateful to have found a path to the English-speaking world, and I embrace the task of paving this road toward international success for the next generation. As the founder, I stand with our entire management and teaching teams, dedicated to tirelessly advancing the standard of high-quality English education.

Founded in 1999, Eagle Global Education Group established its roots
in the Hsinchu Science Park, pioneering an English curriculum for
kindergarten and elementary students based on the North American
school system. We created an extracurricular educational framework
that aligns perfectly with North American standards. Our students
achieve a cumulative vocabulary of 35,400 words from K to G5,
surpassing TOEFL requirements by the end of elementary school. Over
the past two decades, we have nurtured more than 200,000 students
who have become global professionals, thriving and excelling on the
international stage.
