Learning Brings Me Joy

Choosing American Eagle Institute has had a lasting impact on me. Through immersive instruction with native English-speaking teachers and a North American curriculum and learning materials, I was able to develop an intuitive way of thinking in English and learn naturally.

The rich and diverse courses helped me see things from different perspectives. When facing challenges, I learned to think more flexibly. Over time, I built stronger logical and critical thinking skills, as well as a broader outlook.

Self-Discipline Brings Freedom

American Eagle Institute has always upheld a high standard for its learning environment. With the support of teachers, staff, and peers, I was able to learn in a fully immersive English-speaking setting.

For me, English has never been just a subject for exams. It is the magic spells of characters in novels, the lyrics of Western pop songs, everyday conversations, and moments of laughter shared with classmates and teachers.

When people ask how I learned English, I often find it hard to explain. It was the many small but consistent efforts at American Eagle Institute that, over time, have shaped the results I have today.

The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.

Watching my older sister at Taipei First Girls High School, I hoped my English could one day be as strong as hers. I joined the Immersion Program at American Eagle Institute and studied there from Grade 1 through Grade 7.

Through a fully English-speaking environment, along with thematic and situational learning, I gradually built a solid language foundation. By the time I completed Grade 5, my English proficiency had already reached a level comparable to that of Taiwanese high school students, and I was able to gain admission to the English Gifted Program at Lishan Junior High School.

Learning to become better

Through continuous learning, my English skills improved naturally with practice, giving me the confidence to take on new challenges.

In elementary school, I always looked forward to going to American Eagle Institute after school. The program offered authentic English courses along with a variety of American-style activities, such as community service, Christmas pageants, and challenging speech and spelling competitions.

These experiences helped me perform well in English proficiency tests and school exams. More importantly, they allowed me to speak English naturally and confidently, opening the door to a broader world.

Never stop exploring, never stop learning.

As I grew up at American Eagle Institute, chatting with native English-speaking teachers was always the most enjoyable part of my learning. Each year, I looked forward to meeting teachers from different countries. Through these diverse cultural experiences, I gradually developed a broader international perspective and a growing curiosity about the world.

The strong English foundation I built at American Eagle Institute has allowed me to comfortably take courses taught by international professors at university and confidently communicate with people from different countries. It has also become a valuable stepping stone for applying to graduate programs abroad.

American Eagle Institute has given me the confidence to explore the world and pursue my dreams without hesitation.

Work hard, rest well.

Put in focused effort in the most efficient way, and use the remaining time to rest and recharge for the next stage.

Through immersive English learning at American Eagle Institute, I learned by listening and speaking, gradually making English a natural part of me. This foundation made future English learning feel smooth and intuitive.

Communicating fully in English with teachers and classmates from an early age also helped me become comfortable speaking with others. Over time, I gained confidence not only in everyday communication but also in expressing myself in English.
