Franchise Guidelines

Franchisees are expected to take an active role in the operation and development of their learning center while fully supporting Eagle’s educational philosophy and brand values. To ensure consistent quality and management standards, centers must be directly managed by the franchisee and may not be operated by a third party.

Recommended locations include areas near well-established elementary school districts with stable student populations, as well as high density residential communities with strong neighborhood amenities. These locations provide strong enrollment potential while supporting Eagle’s high quality brand image and long-term campus development.

All franchise center facilities must comply with local government regulations for private educational institutions. Franchisees are responsible for completing all required registration and licensing procedures within six months of signing the franchise agreement.

It is recommended that each campus have an indoor space of approximately 200 to 330 square meters. Following Eagle’s campus design standards, the facility should include 5 to 6 classrooms with a layout that provides a comfortable learning environment, smooth student flow, and efficient use of space.

To maintain healthy operating costs and long-term profitability, it is recommended that monthly rent remain within NT$1,500 per ping, excluding Taipei City and New Taipei City locations.

All franchise centers are required to follow Eagle’s Corporate Identity System (CIS) standards for interior design and branding to ensure a consistent campus experience across all locations. In addition, all facilities must comply with local fire safety regulations and inspection requirements to maintain a safe learning environment.
