If I Were an Animal
Immersion Grade 4 Sophie Lee
If I were an animal, I would like to be an eagle. If I were an eagle, I could fly in the sky. I could fly above the clouds and meet my family. We could build a nest in a giant tree. We could easily catch the small animals to be our snacks. One thing I really like about eagles is that they could travel the world without any vehicles. We could meet our cousins in other countries like Japan, Canada, Australia, or America. We could also visit different countries to have fun or stay in Taiwan and play in the Eagle Park. If I were an eagle, I would be attending Eagle School. The teachers would be very kind, and the students would be very focused in class. In eagles’ world, it would be peaceful, but sometimes they will be facing danger because humans would kill them for wealth. In Eagle School, they would teach us how to fly, how to avoid traps and how to prey for animals. We would use eagle’s language in class and use their letters when doing our work. We would have quizzes every week, but we would also have extra activities every day after class, such as flying, diving, and building nests. The animal I would like to be is an eagle. What would you like to be?
