Losing My Teeth

The first time I lost a tooth; it was so painful! It really, really hurt, and I almost cried. My mom took me to see the dentist, and he was very gentle. After that, my mom told me a story about the Tooth Fairy. 

She said, “If you put your tooth under your pillow at night, the Tooth Fairy will come and leave you a surprise!” I was so excited! 

That night, I carefully put my little tooth under my pillow and went to bed. 

The next morning, I woke up and quickly checked under my pillow... But guess what? 

I didn’t see any money or candy... I got a toothbrush instead! Well... I think the Tooth Fairy wants me to take good care of my teeth from now on!
