曾經，探索太空未知的奧秘，是人類最偉大的夢想，1962年9月12日，美國甘迺迪總統在萊斯大學發表登月演說：「我們選擇在這十年內登陸月球…，不是因為它很簡單，而是因為它很艱難…」。不到十年間，1969年7月20日，「阿波羅11號」在月球「寧靜海」附近降落，這是人類第一次踏上地球以外的星球。
